ACME PAIS DEVELOPMENT LTD, a duly registered company in Juba, operates from its headquarters at Plot No. 40, Hai Commercial, Juba. Our management
ACME PAIS has adopted a management structure that is responsive to the current business environment in the Republic of South Sudan Kenya and the region. In line with ensuring that we promote practices that contribute positively to the infrastructural growth required in the nation, we have adopted a dynamic management structure that has incorporated locally available talent where it exists, and borrowed from the neighbouring countries of Kenya and Uganda in augmenting where there is lack. We encourage deployment of skilled labour from all the East Africa and beyond, with the ultimate view of effecting proper technology transfer to local professionals for future growth.

This part of East Africa continues to face significant challenges in providing the essential infrastructure required for improved quality of life. Notably, South Sudan, as a newly established republic, stands at the threshold of transformative opportunities that promise to enhance the living standards of its population.
The region's infrastructure remains underdeveloped, posing challenges for achieving comfortable living conditions. However, we firmly believe that true freedom and progress can only be realized when we, as members of this community, take the initiative to build schools for our children, hospitals for healthcare, and homes for our families. With this commitment as our foundation, we have consolidated our resources and expertise to establish an organization dedicated to contributing meaningfully to our region's development. This diverse exposure has endowed him with an in-depth understanding of the project management landscape in these regions. Notably, his specialized knowledge of the infrastructure development sector in East Africa positions him as a valuable asset to the company. His insights and expertise significantly enhance ACME PAIS's capacity to execute projects effectively and strategically within this key market.
In his role, the CEO oversees the strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with its vision and objectives. Mr. Thomas Marjan
Managing Director Kenya
The Managing Director for South Sudan possesses extensive administrative experience, having successfully managed numerous construction and development projects across Sudan, Congo, and currently, South Sudan. His professional background also includes a tenure with Non-Governmental Organizations in the region, providing him with a broad and diversified perspective that greatly enhances the company’s ongoing expansion efforts.
In his current role, he is responsible for the oversight of all company operations within the Republic of South Sudan, encompassing the development of critical security infrastructure as well as high-priority presidential residence projects. His comprehensive expertise and in-depth understanding of the regional context play a pivotal role in addressing the unique challenges and leveraging the opportunities inherent to operating in South Sudan.
